Ibrahim Taylan Demirkaya (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a portfolio of mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Apps” or the “Service”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Apps.

This Policy applies only to information collected through the Apps. Third-party services (e.g., app stores, advertisers, analytics providers) have their own privacy practices, and your use of those services is governed by their policies.

By using our Apps, you agree to this Policy.


1) Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

Depending on the App and features you use, you may provide:

  • Support communications: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
  • Optional content you enter in the App: if an App allows you to enter text/content (e.g., questions/notes), it is typically stored on your device unless the App clearly indicates otherwise.

We do not require you to create an account unless a specific App explicitly offers/needs it.

1.2 Information collected automatically

We (and our third-party partners) may automatically collect:

  • Device & app information: device model, OS version, app version, language/region settings.
  • Diagnostics & performance data: crash logs, performance metrics, error reports.
  • Approximate location: derived from IP address (not precise GPS unless explicitly requested and permitted).
  • Identifiers for advertising & fraud prevention: such as the platform advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS if permission is granted, AAID on Android), and related ad interaction signals.

2) Third-Party Services (Ads, Purchases, Analytics)

Our Apps may use third-party SDKs that collect and process data under their own policies. Depending on the App, we may use:

  • Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads): to display ads and measure ad performance. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and device information to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads (depending on your settings, permissions, and regional requirements).

  • RevenueCat: to manage in-app purchases and validate premium entitlements (e.g., product identifiers, purchase status, and related technical identifiers used for entitlement management).

  • Analytics (only if enabled in a specific App): we may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand usage patterns and improve user experience.

If you want to know which third-party SDKs are used in a specific App, contact us and tell us the App name.


3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate and improve our Apps;
  • Provide features and maintain functionality;
  • Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and prevent abuse/fraud;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • Manage purchases and restore premium access (where applicable);
  • Display ads and measure their effectiveness (where applicable).

4) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Apps (e.g., AdMob, RevenueCat, analytics providers);
  • With app stores/payment processors (Apple/Google) to complete purchases, handle refunds, and fraud prevention;
  • For legal and safety reasons if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety;
  • In a business transfer (e.g., merger/acquisition) where permitted by law.

5) Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate operational purposes (e.g., security, dispute resolution), unless a longer retention period is required by law. Third-party providers may retain data according to their own policies.


6) Your Choices

  • Ads personalization & identifiers
  • iOS: Manage tracking permissions and ad personalization in device settings (App Tracking Transparency / Privacy settings).
  • Android: Reset/delete your Advertising ID and adjust ad personalization preferences in device settings.
  • Uninstall: You can stop data collection by uninstalling an App.
  • Support: You can contact us to request clarification or assistance regarding data related to your use of our Apps.

7) Account Deletion / Data Deletion Requests

If an App does NOT offer accounts

Many of our Apps do not require accounts. In such cases:

  • There may be no account to delete.
  • You can typically remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the App.
  • Some data may still exist with third-party providers (e.g., ad networks, purchase/entitlement processors) according to their policies.

If an App DOES offer accounts (now or in the future)

If you created an account in any of our Apps:

  • If the App provides an in-app deletion flow, use Settings → Account → Delete Account (or similar).
  • If no in-app option is available, you can request deletion by emailing us at info@gamedevtaylan.com with:
  • The App name,
  • Your account identifier (e.g., the email/username you used),
  • The subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.

We may ask for additional information to verify ownership before processing a deletion request. Some information may be retained if required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, billing disputes).


8) Security

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


9) Children Under 13

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.


10) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own (e.g., via third-party providers). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.


11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
